What features would make feedly better for you?

I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

If a similar idea already exists, you can support and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

  1. "Mark as unread" is a good feature, like in Google Reader.

A simple way to mark feed as unread.

  3. Quelques Suggestions

  4. It would

It would very helpful, if feedly had a "show all" Section - in both: Web Application and iPhone/iPad Application. It is very uncomfortable to "mark as read" in every section

  5. ...make simple keyboard shortcuts, for changing between views...

I would especially appreciate having "1" and "2" key assigned to "tiles" and "full articles" modes of view.

  9. Allow a category with a lot of unread items to scroll indefinitely.

I have categories with a lot of unread items, when I get to the bottom of the page, I still have unread items that I am having a difficult time accessing.

  10. Oldest First

I see you plan an "oldest first" option in Android, but what would be nice too is if the Google Reader setting carried over. I had to reset all my feeds individually.

  13. Read top to bottom

In google reader, you could read articles (newest to oldest) using space. The benefit was that the content was always scrolling up.

In feedly, if I use the 'k' shortcut to read the next newest article and the article is too big to fit on the screen, I have to scroll down as I am working my way up the articles. Seems like an odd flow to me.

I'd like to see some kind of read with space functionality so I only have to hit one button to go through my new articles. If I hit space once I'm at…

  17. Help!

If we have synced our google reader account with Feedly, will all our info delete in July when Reader is shut down? Or once it's imported does Feedly save the websites?

  18. Clear categories instantly from left pane when fully read

Google Reader used to instantly hide folders in the left pane when fully read. Feedly seems to keep those which had unread items in them visible even when you read all the articles

Please remove them when empty without needing me to refresh the page manually.

Without this it's hard to pick up which ate gory s next with unread articles.
