  1. better support for phones with notch

My phone is Sharp Aquos S2 which has a notch as Essential PH-1. Feedly's top labels look ugly on this phone. See screenshot for details.

    • Improve the usability / readability massively of the "Read Later" flag on your IOS apps.

Improve the usability / readability of the "Read Later" flag on your IOS apps.

      See attached file.

The "Read Later" flag is a simple bookmark style, with a thin outline. This thickens slightly when the post is flagged to "Read Later",

      There are two problems.
      1. The current format is very unfriendly to colour blind people, depending on the colour of the outline.
      2. It is very difficult to detect if the post has been flagged or not.

Simple solution. Change the style of the flag from an outline to a filled in symbol.

This has been annoying me for…

      • Tile view is not accessible.

I cannot get the "tile view" to work on my phone. Others modes of view are working. What is the workaround for this issue?

        • Open item in a background tab with a native shortcut

Recently, the third party extension that I use to open Feedly articles in a background tab broke, for no apparent reason.

One of the reasons I use Feedly is because it allows me to quickly review items from a range of different sources, then open the ones I'm interested in. The lack of a native, reliable way to do this with the keyboard is a glaring omission in Feedly's features.

Please add a setting to allow this. People have been requesting it since 2013 and it's been ignored. Or at least tell us why you're not willing to include it.

Hello, I generally use my phone via a RSSviewer (GReaderPro) to access Feedly. I tried to log in today on my laptop Windows 10 PC to the Feedly online version via Google chrome and get:

Error 500, when I try to log in via my Google Account. Please advise. I do not want to loose all my blog post feeds

I have sent ten plus emails over the past 4 weeks to the pro team in an effort to exploring sponsoring content via the Feedly Pro and haven't received anything back.

Does anyone have any tips on getting through to Business development person?

              • Feeds aren't updating

While some washingtonpost feeds have disappeared, it seems that you've stopped updating feeds that still exist

                example http://feeds.washingtonpost.com/rss/rss_dc-sports-bog

it has updates today, but in feedly (even with unread only unchecked), I only see posts from 3 day ago and older

                  • Cover image size/aspect ratio requirements?

We are using "webfeeds:cover image='...'" to indicate a cover image for a feed, as mentioned here:
                    https://blog.feedly.com/10-ways-to-optimize-your-feed-for-feedly/
                    But found some strange behavior.
If we use a rectangular image as cover image, depending on its orientation (landscape or portrait), it will not be displayed in Feedly mobile application for android:
                    - landscape rectangular image - will not be displayed in portrait orientation of the mobile device (example image size: 1920x1080), but in landscape orientation the image is visible.
                    - portrait rectangular image - will not be displayed in landscape orientation of the mobile device, but visible in portrait orientation.

                    • Select and move a few "favorites" to the same board at once

Please, make it able to select and move a few "favorites" to the same board at once.

For example, let's say I have 5 articles saved at the "Read Later" category but I finally want to move all of them to the "technology" board.

Well, it would be great if possible to move all of them at once instead of one by one. This would save a lot of time and would make Feedly THE BEST Rss App ever!!! cause no other apps do this.

For the users it's important to read the news but also to organize well and…

I have tried all methods suggested to get Feedly to load this feed from http://www.eureferendum.com but it either comes up with nothing or a feed that has not been updated for over a year.

                        • Android without Google Play Services

Not all Androids rely on Google. People are using Google-free Android versions.
This is more like a guide how to use Feedly on Android without Google Play Services, but instead with its alternative - MicroG, in case you've been using Google login so far. Using the Google login on Android with MicroG won't unfortunately work for you. Instead of creating a new account and migrating your subscriptions there through exporting/importing an OPML file, you can link multiple logins to one account. You can do that in settings of your Feedly account in a PC/Tablet browser.
                          I created a new "Feedly"…

                            • Mass import and post import tagging

My team has found the process of choosing a tag for an article, importing, then adding additional tags to be laborious. We often have to add in a dozen or more articles to our Feedly account and it wastes time. We would like to mass import our articles into feedly and then go back and tag them individually or better yet to be able to select multiple articles and mass tag them. Sometimes we will tag articles with 3 or 4 different labels. Additionally, when we send out the daily brief to our colleagues it would be nice to have…

                                • Record a database of authors within feeds to allow users to follow authors regardless of the publication they are in

Using your existing database of feeds, create a database of authors and an authentication mechanism (integrate with LinkedIn?) to have an authoritative feed of an individual author regardless of the publication. Smartly integrate with your traditional feeds to not duplicate content and give proper credit to the publication.

You could give that individual a controllable landing page that they could promote. This would be a windfall for freelance writers and would promote feedly. Getting the cooperation of the creators of content would give you much smarter and more correct data for other tools.

When I read an article and scroll down the page, and then finish, I have to scroll back up the page to check the "x" indicating I'm done with this article. I would like to see the "x" (header) NOT scroll, so I could simply click it (when I'm done) without having to scroll back to the top of the page.

                                      • Make swipe back go just one step back instead of dismissing the browser view

When I swipe back, Feedly closes the browser view instead of going back just one step.

I often open an article, follow a few links, then swipe back (as I’m used to do in other apps), the browser view gets closed and I have to remember which links I followed to get back where I wanted to get.

In all other apps I use, the swipe-back gesture only closes the browser view when there are no more pages in the history stack. I understand the new browser view didn’t behave this way by default when you first implemented it, but…

                                        • Allow PayPal (no limits, currently you only accept CC via PP)

I wanted to pay the Pro subscription (you still offer a way to test it, right? :() with PayPal because I don't have and want a credit card.

Unfortunately you set your PayPal settings to only allow Credit Cards. No way to pay with existing PayPal credit or from the bank account.

                                          Any plans to change that?
