The Saving and Sharing bar used to be at the bottom of each article, so after you've read something, you could share or save it, now they are at the top, before the article. Either return it to the bottom, or show it in both places since it's annoying to have to scroll back up to the top to share something I just finished reading!34 votes
Hello, we plan to make the toolbar pinned so it is available also when you scroll which will fix this as well. We’ll be back with more information soon.
The new view that showed up recently lacks the link to open the article in a new tab. I have to click on the title and then click again to open the web page. I found in preferences the old view, but I sure hope this isn't a sign that you are going to eliminate the old view. I don't care about tweeting it, emailing it, etc (especially before I've read it). I want to read it and want to access it with one click, not two.80 votes
Hello, we’ll bring this option back to the new rending engine. Right now the workaround is to set this in the mobile app on iOS or Android.
Why is it that the Reddit (popular/latest) feed is the one that seems to break (stop updating) most often? Mine has been down for 20 hours.1 vote
Hello, the issue with the reddit feeds is that we have to throttle the number of refreshes we can do on subreddits’ feeds in order to not get blacklisted. We’re in touch with them, and honestly they are super helpful, but the fact is that because of the configuration of feed fetching on subreddits and the sheer volume of subscribers they see coming from feedly, we’re having to scale down the amount of polling we can do.
This is a limitation of the Reddit platform. It would really help if you could contact their support and make sure that they hear your voice too.
We’re hoping to be able to resolve this and make for a better/smoother reading experience of subreddits in feedly.
I used to be able to add a new feed without selecting a category, and it would automatically be added to the Uncategorized section. This no longer seems possible. When I add a new feed now, I am forced to add it to a category. Please give us back the original, *better* way of adding a feed!259 votes
