        +1
I thought it was a basic feature.
I still have to check the information - now an app’s screen - regularly and manually instead of being informed when something’s changed and check then. I’d like to read particular articles not everything. Responding to notifications would make it far easier.
        I’m so disappointed.

Switched to inoreader for this very reason and very satisfied. Notifications work seamlessly.

It's even better to have customizable notification, i.e. notification by individual subscriptions / feeds. For example, the ability to notify only when there's a new article in a specific subscription / feed.

I would love notificafions that remind me to check feedly for my "must read" stories

iOS push notifications. This is a huge feature missing from feedly. It means I use it once every 6 months, rather than daily! I tried to get iOS notifications for "Must Reads" via an IFTTT recipe, but it is not included in the categories, so I have subject specific notifications instead.

I installed the iOS app like 10 minutes ago, and realising that I won't be notified as soon as there are any news, is my biggest (and only) disappointment so far.

I just installed Feedly, does it not do push notifications? I installed it for financial time critical RSS feeds so it's useless to me if it doesn't?

All or nothing would be a huge improvement over nothing at all - I expect that fulfils the largest use case anyway. Customising it further (e.g. per feed/category) could then be a later added feature.
