Filters to hide or highlight items – based on keywords and phrases
For example: I want to hide all items containing the word "pope". Now I just need to create a filter and all items with the word "pope" in headline and/or content will be hidden from my news stream. Same for highlighting certain words or phrases.

This is simply the only feature that would get me to pay for Pro. This is long overdue.

This has nearly 2500 votes. It's absolutely, positively critical that we see this feature.
FEEDLY TEAM, can you tell us please what the status of this feature is?
Please get this done for god's sake

I'd pay more for this feature, esp when yahoo pipes goes away

So many requests for this feature - and add my +1.
But so little feedback from Feedly. :-(

Adding my voice to this. Bringing it back since Pipes bit the dust.

I'm about to start an online campaign requesting this feature everywhere online.
Since feedly isn't listening to us in here, then let's make some noise everywhere.
Let's see where this goes.
If you're interested in supporting me for spreading the word, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes please add this feature.
I'm tired to send to trash "50 shades of grey", really I hate it.
Please let me forget this meme

I really need this or I'm not going to be able to survive the 2016 US Presidential election. I've been using the "Ain't Got Time For the 'Paign" Chrome plugin to filter out anything related to the election in normal browsing, but I get most of my news via Feedly on iOS.

This would be really, really useful!

With the recent announcement of the demise of Yahoo Pipes, this becomes an even more critical need. I was subscribing to over 2 dozen Yahoo Pipes, most of which had some kind of filtering on them. Even being limited to single keywords (as opposed to phrases), and title only (though certainly filtering on URL and content would be better) would be helpful. Frankly, I do not want to go through the next year+ without being able to filter on "caucus" "campaign" and "candidate". I would put *all* my voted on this one if I could.
This feature is HUGE. Over two years, 2200+ votes and no movement? I just canceled my paid subscription but this would get me back!
Any news? This topic is more than 2 years old, but I could not find any recent information about this feature anywhere. Filtering RSS is CORE feature these days.

Me too....if you implemented this it would prob save me about 30-40 minutes a day, so about 2-3 hours a week, which scarily equates to a couple of working days a month. Obviously I'd be willing to pay for this improved efficiency and better use of my time so I would prob move all of our team to pro/business accounts. Without this feature there is no point.
Yes please, I would love to filter out Apple stories from my technology feeds! Like most others have said, I'd pay for this feature, but wouldn't complain if it were free. ;)
