Support protected feeds!
Google Reader was never a perfect solution for me, because I couldn't access any locked LiveJournal posts. I've had desktop clients in the past that would save my login information and pass it on so that I could read my entire LJ feed. Unfortunately, they also started being super crashy because I have over 4000 feeds. It would be super awesome if you guys could create support for this feature.
Would love Feedly to do authenticated RSS feeds. especially for Atlassian Confluence feeds! Haven't found a solution anywhere.

Would be great to access Tumblr private feeds, too.
I use Feedly as a back-end to BeyondPod, but if I want to listen to my paid ad-free subscription to The Skeptic's Guide To The Universe then I have to skip over Feedly and put the URL directly into BeyondPod. I would contribute $5 to a bounty on this feature.

This is a feature I really need. http://user:email@example.com/rss should be supported.

Oh please! I would so love to have a web-based RSS reader that allowed auth=digest - so far I really enjoy Feedly, now if I only could get rid of my desktop-based reader, it'd surpass GReader!

One solution in the meantime that I've verified works with Feedly: use freemyfeed.com to get an unlocked feed URL.
Enter this as the feed URL:
(...substituting your friend's LiveJournal account name for "nameofmyfriend," of course)
And then put in your LiveJournal name and password. You'll get a feed URL that you can enter into Feedly's "Add Content" dialog.
