[BUG] Some letters are incorrectly modified to lower case in title
For some Chinese and English mixed article title, upper case words will be incorrectly modified to lower case.
For example:
Correct title : TPCA：H1 台商兩岸 PCB 產值創新高，全年估達 6,528 億元
Feedly title: Tpca：H1 台商兩岸 Pcb 產值創新高，全年估達 6,528 億元
This bug happened for several years.
And it happened in all platform (Web, Android, iOS)
