Maybe this isn't the place to ask this but I can't seem to find where to ask support questions. Now that Google+ is shutting down I've migrated all my saved posts to Feedly. What's the difference between create new board and new feed? I currently have everything in a board but it appears a new feed might work too.1 vote
Hello Curtis, Boards are explained here: https://blog.feedly.com/boards/
They’re something like organized Read Later. Feeds on the other hand are categories where you add sources.
If you have everything in Board, it’ll stay there, but it won’t produce new content. For that you have to start following sources.
This post can help you with sources: https://blog.feedly.com/get-the-right-content-on-your-feedly/
This would enable organised lists, for example see all the recipes saved when figuring out what’s for dinner, or more easily find the Atlantic article you’re telling your friend about.1 vote
Hello, this is possible via using Boards: https://blog.feedly.com/boards/
Hello Eric, sorry for this, we’re reaching out directly.
I've had 100+ subs and feedly delete more than 3/4 of them.3 votes
Hello Bartosz, sorry to hear this, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll restore them and find out why it happened.
I wanted to move a collection of feeds into the "Uncategorized" collection. (I don't use collections and wanted to put everything under one roof.) I went to Organize Sources, selected all, clicked on Reorganize, and under "Added In", I unchecked the collection name. I thought that would move everything to Uncategorized by default, but I THINK it just unfollowed them.
1) Am I wrong? Am I still following those feeds but just can't find them?
2) If I did unfollow them, is there any way I can undo that, or find out what they were so I can re-follow them?1 vote
Hi Hal, sorry, we don’t have undo button for unfollowing sources. Please let us know at email@example.com and we’ll help you out.
"Only unread articles" Currently not working for me. Anyone else having this same issue ?1 vote
Aeon.co has not been updating in my feedly for over a week. I have unsubscribed and resubscribed but it is still not updating3 votes
When I click on mute filters it shows:
Up to 100 sources
Organize sources into easy-to-read feeds (up to 3 feeds)
Save the best articles into boards (up to 3 boards)
Mobile and desktop
Share to Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook"
Yet, the option to actually start using it is not available.
So is there a free "part" of mute filters or actually you want me to pay for the service (hence the free is not really free)?
Please clarify, and how to access the free feature. Thank you.1 vote
Hi, you can start feedly Pro monthly subscription which is a $7 dollar commitment and if you won’t like Mute Filters, we can give you money back.
Current behavior is to show a header stating that there are no unread articles, but then all articles are shown below. When sorting by oldest articles first, this means that month-old articles are shown instead of just showing a blank page.3 votes
I prioritize my Categories down the page so that in the Today view, the top priorities are at the top and the lesser priorities are at the bottom. I read the feeds at the top multiple times daily. I read the feeds at the bottom once a week.
I just added a new Category that is a top priority, but Feedly placed it at the bottom of the stack and there's no way to move it to the top, as there was with the previous drag and drop organization interface.
Please bring back the ability to reorder Categories.1 vote
Hi, you can drag and drop the category in the left sidebar to the position you want to.
Add a prefix for articles that are behind a paywall so they can be ignored or filtered.
For example, WSJ, Financial Times, etc. These sites are common in my feed and I only find out I can't view them after I have clicked to the site.1 vote
Hello, you can use Mute Filters to filter out articles you don’t want to read: https://blog.feedly.com/mute-filters/
Let's say I have a music feed and I want to mute everything except for mentions of David Bowie.
If I can set a mute filter to 'NOT:Bowie', then it would filter out every story except Bowie ones.
Hi Lee, NOT operator works in mute filters, but we don’t encourage using it as you can easily filter out everything in your feedly, so just be careful.
Guys, how comes that you're taking money from customers without any permission? I suddenly found out today that my money has been taken a few days ago!
How I can give it back?
Hi Andrey, I’m replying via email right now.
Only the "Today" page has the profile pic on top right from where I can get into preferences. Are you serious? Either place the link to preferences on the left side bar which is always there, OR add the profile pic menu to all pages. It's a no-brainer! Please fire your current UI designers and hire some new ones who are not insane.1 vote
Hello Shikhanshu, if you’ll switch to the new rendering engine, the profile bubble is shown everywhere. As a small team we can’t maintain two code bases. You can switch here: https://feedly.com/i/account/general

Hello, we’re sorry, this must have been a one time experience when one of our team members was on vacation. We’re a small team. 90% of times you get reply in 24 hours.
Somehow an offensive feed got added to my Feedly. I deleted it, but how did it get added?1 vote
Hello, you can easily remove any feed here: https://feedly.com/i/contents/edit
I'm disappointed to see my feed overrun by "hubspot," which includes writing of absolutely zero interest to me. I left bloglovin because of this type of clutter. I follow less than ten blogs because I want to keep things simple.1 vote
Hello, you can remove any feed you want easily here: https://feedly.com/i/contents/edit
Hello Barry, sorry, this is most likely because Google Alerts and Google News are now behind Pro subscription.
I just want to change my password to something more secure. Most rational sites have a 'change password' button in the update profile area. I searched everywhere - no change password button. This is ridiculous.1 vote
If you’re using feedly login, you can change your password here:
If any other, you can change the password within that service.
Please cancel my subscription as well. Thanks

Sorry Brandon, this was fixed yesterday, can you please try again?
